Scope
This policy applies to the Innovaforte Banking & Finance website and its demonstrations.
Data we process
- Information you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, organisation, email, message and any optional context you choose to add), together with technical context recorded automatically: the page and language you used, the referring page and the time of submission.
- Local browser storage used to remember your cookie-notice response and, if you choose one, your language. This information stays in your browser.
Data we do not process
- Real banking customer data. None is used, requested or accepted.
- Special categories of personal data.
- Data used to train shared or external AI models.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details submitted through the form are used solely to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only as long as necessary for the related discussion, and deleted on request.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Swiss and European data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and may object to its processing. Requests can be sent to info@innovaforte.com.
Security
Transport is encrypted, stored enquiries are not accessible from the public website, and demonstrations contain only synthetic data.
